Ingredients and Instructions

Place in a bowl and mix:                1/2 cup of finely chopped dill

1/2 cup of finely chopped Italian parsley

1/2 cup of finely chopped chopped celery

1/2 cup of finely chopped  cucumber

1/2 cup of finely chopped shallots

1/2 cup of finely chopped red onion

1/2 cup of finely chopped unsalted macadamia nuts

Add and mix:                                     2 cups of cooked and cooled wild rice or basmati  rice

 

Dressing:                                             1 tablespoon of seeded mustard

1  tablespoon of  honey

½ cup of lemon juice

Mix dressing to a smooth consistency and pour over and mix into other ingredients.  Refrigerate until required.
