Gluten Free, Rich in Protein and what a great tasting bread
420 mls water
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons salt (I use Himalayan salt)
1-tablespoon sugar (I use rapidura sugar)
1 cup flaxseed flour
1 ¾ cup quinoa flour
2/3 cup amaranth flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
3 tablespoons full fat yogurt (or powder milk)
1 teaspoon bread improver
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2.25 teaspoons of dry yeast
Fill nut box with pepitas and sunflower seeds
(PUT IN IN THIS ORDER) And TURN the machine on to0:
Large loaf, dark crust, yes nuts
AND THERE YOU GO!
You can do this not using a machine
Use warm water.
Mix all ingredients together to make a dough
Give it a chance to rise (about one hour)
Kneed it and let rise again for about another hour.
Bake it in preheated oven about 140 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
