* Berry and Peanut Cookies by Miriam Sachar

500 grams of unsalted raw peanuts

25o grams of unhulled sesame seeds

3 cups wholemeal all-bran flakes

250 grams dried unsweetened berries

1 tin sweetened milk

(all ingredients if possible should be organic)

Mix all ingredients together, put in muffin cups and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius
